'HerbalFable started with a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 67. The Bianchi family established our cozy pizzeria in 1985, relying on generations of family recipes.

The insights of pizza crafting were acquired by our founder, Marco Bianchi, during her pilgrimage across Italy, particularly under the tutelage of renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, she was compelled to offer the experience of authentic Italian pizza, honoring traditional craftsmanship and selecting premium ingredients.

Initially a quaint 12-seat restaurant, we've expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Nonetheless, our dedication to supreme quality and genuine practices persists. We persist in utilizing wood-fire oven techniques, preparing fresh dough every day, and choosing only top-tier ingredients.

'HerbalFable' is still under the ownership and management of the Bianchi family, with the second generation now at the helm, steering our committed team. While we've adopted contemporary advancements, the essence of our operation remains: producing delicious, genuine pizza that unites our guests.
